… the amazing technican Peter came out, he did a full inspection of the area, checking moisture readings and using black light to identify the mould colonies.
He told me exactly why the build up of moisture and mould have kept coming back to the property for years and then he set up a mould killer diffuser and gave us the products to effectively clean out the mould. He then came back and set up a damp rod into the affected room.
Months later and the mould is still completely gone!!

We are very happy we have an old historic cottage built in 1890 and it was damp and wet and musty.
The sub floor area is drying out with the ventilators installed, the musky smell inside has now gone and our doors all close now.
Will absolutely do a review I those had but will do now. We have certainly spread the word around our town also.

I would highly recommend the team at RiteFlo. They are honest, professional and extremely trustworthy. They could’ve easily quoted me a much larger sum of money for what they did/needed to do as I have no expertise in this area. I was told by the architect/inspector who did the pre-purchase inspection for our house that it was going to cost much larger sums of money to bring ventilation to the underground portion of the house, but crew from Riteflo were amazingly honest (which is very hard to find) and reassured me that they could provide excellent ventilation for a fraction of what I thought was required. They installed passive convection current fans on sides of the house along with some other simple measures such as installing mesh doors to ensure plenty of air flow. 6 months later, the underground area is bone dry, no damp, no moisture. Really appreciate their work and special thanks to our technician, Peter.
