Picking Up
Riteflo ventilators are unique as they are the ONLY fans in the world with blades that rotate in both directions.
Due to natural differences in internal and external air pressure and wind, our ventilation products expel stale air and introduce fresh air and natural light.
You may choose to pick up your order from our warehouse at Unit 3/8 Millennium Ct, Silverwater NSW 2128. Orders are to be collected in full. Goods are the sole responsibility of the driver.
RiteFlo will not be responsible for any damage or losses occurred once the goods have been picked up. If you have any questions regarding the pickup of goods, please ask RiteFlo staff prior to collection.
Delivery
Orders can be arranged to be delivered through third party transport companies. RiteFlo does not endorse any transport companies but can provide you with contact details if you so wish to organise your own delivery.
Checking Goods
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the goods prior to collection from our premises or on delivery if goods are delivered by a third party.
It is the responsibility of the customer and installer to check the goods prior to installation as no claims will be entertained after goods have been installed.
RiteFlo Ventilation Products…
Riteflo ventilators are unique as they are the ONLY fans in the world with blades that rotate in both directions.
Due to natural differences in internal and external air pressure and wind, our ventilation products expel stale air and introduce fresh air and natural light.
This can offer almost continuous air movement of the desired space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the past ventilation products were usually terracotta vents, wire mesh vents, electric and/or solar fans. Call us today and we’d be happy to discuss whether a RiteFlo ventilation solution is right for you.
Prior to installing any goods, the installer or homeowner must:
Inspect the goods for any defect.
Check that the goods supplied to the site are the correct quantity, colour, shade, and size as ordered or selected.
When installing more than one fan, check that the colour and shades are consistent.
We will not accept any claims for replacement, repair or reimbursement once the goods have been installed, if that claim is for defects, size, shade variation, incorrect supply or other fault that should reasonable been obvious before installing commenced.
It is the responsibility of the installer or homeowner to check the goods before installing them. If there is any concern regarding the quality, size, colour, shade or variation of the goods on site, the goods must NOT be installed.
If a defect is discovered while goods are being installed, work must STOP immediately, and RiteFlo must be contacted. Tel: 1300 848 085.

RETURNS
RiteFlo does not accept ‘change of mind’ returns, exchanges, or refunds once goods have been installed.
Subject to clause 9 in our Terms and Conditions of Sale and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, the Customer may request a refund or replacement of any good that:
- is defective;
- is unsafe;
- is significantly different from the sample or description; or
- doesn’t do what RiteFlo said it would do, or what the Customer expressly requested to RiteFlo and cannot be remedied by RiteFlo within 10 business days.
RiteFlo may, at its absolute discretion, accept a request from the Customer to refund or replace the goods for a reason not set out in clause 10(a).
If RiteFlo accepts a request from the Customer to refund or replace the goods in accordance with clause 10(b), the Customer must pay to RiteFlo a re-stocking fee of 30% of the total value of the refunded or replaced.
